GEORGE J. SHAMY, JR.
George J. Shamy, Jr. is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney as designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
"Certified civil trial attorney" is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice. The Supreme Court, through its Board on Attorney Certification, designates only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the standards set by the Board and approved by the Court.

T. K. SHAMY
Mr. Shamy practices in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury,
products liability, consumer fraud, municipal law, dwi/traffic violations,
commercial litigation, criminal defense, business law and real estate
law.
T. K. Shamy was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and
U. S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1987. He received his
B.A. in 1984 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. He
graduated from Seton Hall School of Law in 1987, Cum Laude, receiving
a J.D. T. K. Shamy served as law clerk from 1987 to 1988 to the now
retired Honorable C. Judson Hamlin and the Honorable Joseph E. Sadofski,
Judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Shamy is a member of
the New Brunswick, Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations,
and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

JAMES R. SHAMY
James R. Shamy joined the firm as an associate in September 2007 after completing a judicial clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court of Middlesex County with the Honorable Edward J. Ryan in the Law Division, Civil Part. His practice areas include Land Use/Zoning, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Consumer Fraud, Municipal Defense, DWI/Traffic Violations, Business Law, Insurance Law, and Real Estate Law. James R. Shamy graduated from Seton Hall University in 2003 and received his B.A. in Criminal Justice. He then graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 2006 and received a J. D. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in January, 2007 and is a current member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County, and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National American Bar Association.
